Samuel Yaw Bekoe is a highly esteemed lawyer with over 40 years of extensive legal experience. A dual-qualified practitioner, he is a member of both Lincoln’s Inn and the Ghana Bar Association. He obtained his law degree from Manchester Metropolitan University and completed his professional legal training at the School of Law in London, after which he was called to the Bar of Lincoln’s Inn in 1981 and the Ghana Bar Association in 1988.

He practiced as a defence counsel in London until his retirement in 2011 before relocating to Ghana. Samuel is also a specialist in Judicial Review and Immigration Law. In 2002, he founded Pan African Legal Advisory Services, an immigration consultancy firm providing expert advisory services to individuals and organisations.

With his extensive international practice experience, Samuel brings deep insight into cross-border legal matters and complex regulatory issues. His seasoned perspective enables him to provide strategic guidance and effective representation to clients across diverse legal contexts. He remains committed to professional excellence, ethical practice, and diligent client advocacy.
