Associate

Norman G. Williams Jnr. is a business development professional and lawyer with extensive experience in education management, aviation, banking, and logistics industries. He has held leadership positions at middle and top-tier levels and developed a strong interest in corporate governance and enterprise development. Norman holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Ghana, an LL.B from GIMPA Law School, an LL.M specializing in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Ghana School of Law, and a BL from the Gambia Law School. He has been called to the Gambian Bar. He has completed the post-call course of The Ghana School of Law and been called to the Ghana Bar. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, The Africa BAR Association and International BAR Association.

Currently, Norman is the cluster Head for West and Central Africa at ACCA Global, leading the relationships team in the cluster. Pursuant to Rule 4 (11) of LI 2423 and for the purposes of mentorship, shared resources, professional development and recognition, Norman has joined Opoku Agyei & Co. as an associate. He also serves as a board member of ENACTUS, an international youth entrepreneurship organization. His interdisciplinary background blends corporate leadership and legal expertise, enabling him to provide strategic legal counsel with a focus on sustainable business growth and governance.
